P3 Camp, 10 & 11 July 2008, 1.30pm to 5.30pm

300 pupils came for the P3 Camp on Thursday and Friday. They were grouped together by their form classes so that they would experience the opportunity of working together outside the classroom. Each class had to participate in eight different team building and camp craft activities: command & conquer; Robinson Crusoe; trekkers challenge; mad Max; low elements; space odyssey; tent building; & outdoor cooking. Some of these activities are actually traditional camp activities modified or zest up with exciting sounding names. Generally, pupils were challenged as they had to work together to overcome their differences to accomplish the objectives of the different tasks. Some classes were more successful in some activities as they were able to cooperate and help each other, while having fun together. We thank God for blessing us with good weather to participate in these outdoor camp activities.
